Manage/support Learning Management System & Platforms
Manage/Support HR-initiated projects as and when required
Conduct training and facilitation as and when required.
Key Requirements
Diploma or Degree qualifications
1-5 years of relevant experience (candidates with more years of relevant experiences may be considered for Specialist role).
New graduates with relevant internship and/or work exposure may apply.
A driven self-starter and team player who is able to build rapport and achieved desired outcomes with staff of all levels.
Possess a positive attitude and demonstrates self-leadership, data-fluency, adaptability, and resilience especially under challenging circumstances.
Relevant experience in Learning and Development, Training and Project Management.
Proficient with MS Office (Words / Excel / PowerPoint) and preferably digital apps & collaboration tools used for Learning and Development.
Preferably proficient in Learning Mgt Sys / Platforms e.g Successfactors.
