Oversee and manage learning and development programs, including scheduling, coordination, attendance tracking, feedback analysis, and maintaining the Learning Management System.
Identify and collaborate with both internal and external vendors to deliver exceptional training programs.
Develop communications and newsletters to effectively market and promote learning programs.
Conduct training needs analysis to enhance the studio\'s learning and development initiatives.
Assist in the preparation and launch of team health surveys, such as employee engagement and health pulse surveys.
Share best practices with our global network of studios to foster continuous learning.
The Successful Applicant
Has 5 years of relevant experience in talent development and learning and development
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) and LMS system
Strong business acumens and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset
Independent, fast learner, proactive and adaptable to thrive within a fast-paced environment and able to consistently meet deadlines.
