Job Description
Salary up to $6,500 with AWS + 3 months VB Healthcare industry located at One North Talent Management experience is a MUSTResponsibilities You will assist in managing the Talent Management and Succession Planning (TMSP) function in HR. This includes administering of the Company talent management programme, managing the database for talent pool, and succession planning for key positions at the cluster level. Working closely with Company institutions and various stakeholders on talent identification, development and engagement initiatives at the operational, tactical and strategic levels.
