Aethir is looking to expand its team and is keen to recruit a Talent Partner to ramp up recruitment activities across the region in Singapore, Malaysia, China and Vietnam. As part of our fast-growing company in building scalable, decentralized cloud infrastructure for gaming and AI companies, you will work closely with the leadership team to drive the talent recruitment function including evaluation and assessment criteria, process and time-to-hire to recruitment brand on candidate experience. You will serve as a key talent resource centre to the leadership team in securing future workforce for the company and its goals. This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in building a cutting-edge company in the dynamic gaming industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive recruitment strategies that are aligned with the overall people strategies and business goals of the organization.
• Collaborate closely with business leaders and hiring managers to deeply understand their talent requirements and hiring needs.
• Utilize various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, and industry events to expand the candidate pool.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments that consider both their prior work experience and their compatibility with the startup culture.
• Take ownership of critical initiatives aimed at enhancing recruitment operations and outcomes.
• Ensure a seamless and positive experience for every candidate throughout the recruitment journey, from application to offer acceptance.

• Prior in-house talent acquisition experience with recruitment agency with a total of at least 5 years experience
• Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, particularly within Tech companies across entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding
• Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Ability to influence decisions and provide insights that drive impactful recruitment outcomes.
