Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all front desk/ concierge duties which includes attending to all incoming guests and internal staff requests in a friendly and professional manner
- Attending to incoming and outgoing courier services and sorting out incoming mails and parcels
- Access cards management External visitors registration
- Attend to incoming walk in customers
- Assist to distribute merchandise
- Overlapping with the various sub team
- All other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Proficient communication skills
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience in reception, customer service, or concierge
