You will be working closely with a Design Lead, Tech Lead and Organisational Development Lead, as part of an experienced group of experts bringing in new capabilities and ways of working. As a Tech Lead, you build the systems that we need and make sure they work: . Build prototypes to demonstrate technological opportunities and get buy in . Design and communicate system architectures . Drive development and deployment with a team of engineers from vendors or offshore teams . Ensure designs meet the necessary security and privacy requirements . Lead technical design reviews and ensure systems are designed to meet their requirements . Keep abreast on latest trends and propose how these technologies can be adapted in our solutions Who we are looking for : You are a creative individual with deep technological expertise, business acumen and software development background. You are endlessly curious and quickly grasp and understand a wide variety of software environments and solutions. Overall, we are looking for someone with the ability and experience, the initiative to push for change, and a passion to bring care to vulnerable communities in Singapore. Candidate Requirements Technical Competencies: At least 8 years of work experience, with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in full stack development Core Competencies: . Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively influence business and tech partners, peers and senior management . Can work effectively within a cross-functional team Preferred achievements / characteristics: . Proactive, has a strong drive to get things done and the tenacity to push for change .
