Description and Requirements

Lenovo\'s Infrastructure Solutions Group, Communication Service Provider (CommSP) segment, is seeking an experienced Technical Business Development Lead. The Telco BD will engage with key partners and customer and develop a successful win-win situation with them. Creating value with our partners and solving complex problems for our customers. Strong contributor in Lenovo CommSp roadmap and active voice of our customers into our organization.

Your responsibility:
  • Drive AP Telco Business Development Activities
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Exceptional organization and teamwork skills
  • Highly collaborative work style with proven ability to gather consensus and take decisive and timely actions
  • Develop CommSp go-to-market
  • Engage key customer with Lenovo CommSp key solutions
  • Participate in RFP process securing our leadership in key deals
  • Strong active relationships with CommSp
  • Strong sales acumen to develop a CommSp pipeline
  • In-depth expertise and credibility with technologies such as: Networking, Cloud orchestration tools, server, storage & network virtualization, and datacenter/edge computing operations and virtualization
  • Thorough understanding of datacenter and edge computing technologies
  • Experience working with central DC and edge computing hardware and management software
  • Knowledge of Virtualization technologies (VMWare, KVM, Containers, etc.)
  • In-depth expertise on partner programs and strategies to help grow the eco-system
  • Strong sales acumen to develop & execute a plan for globally
  • Ability to operate within a complex, dynamic and autonomous environment
  • 12+ years of relevant IT expertise
  • Ability to gain credibility and become a trusted source for internal and external customers
  • Position Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree required
  • 12+ years deep knowledge of CoSP environment
  • 12+ years relevant experience working with CoSP
  • 7+ years in NFV, SDN, OpenStack, Kubernetes and OSS/BSS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
