And you\'ll experience an inclusive culture that welcomes bold ideas and empowers you to own them to completion.Amazon is looking for a talented, customer-obsessed Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to be based in Singapore to help shape the future of our Data Centers. This team focuses on driving operational excellence and optimization for our data center planners/infra program managers.As a Delivery Ops TIPM, you will drive programs to triage incoming server and network demands at our Data Centers in the APAC region. You will improve infrastructure utilization as well as availability.Key job responsibilities
- Triage weekly unfulfilled demands for network and server requests
- Deep dive into root causes for unfulfilled demands
- Escalate to relevant stakeholders for resolution
- Own key leadership metrics such as DC Position Availability, Reliability and Resolution TimeAbout the team

- 2+ years of Operations/Supply Chain experience, e.g., procurement, operations management, logistics, process improvement, operations, finance
- Experience in conducting in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysisPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with business intelligence and data visualization and reporting tools (e.g. Tableau)
- Basic to Intermediate knowledge of SQL
- 3+ years of Supply Chain/Operations experience
- Familiar with Data Center Infrastructure Deployment
