You will be working as technical lead to lead the implementation and integration of CRM solution for a banking client

Roles :

Translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage CRM platform.
Leading technical design sessions & developing technical solution documentation aligned with the business strategy
Implement CRM solutions that adhere to platform best practices.
Integrate CRM solutions with enterprise datawarehouse solution
Collaborate with business stakeholders on how best to set up business processes and technical solutions to achieve their goals
Guiding the dev team on Salesforce best practices and establishing frameworks for development

Requirements :

7+ years project experience in a hands-on technical leadership position
Experience in architecting and delivering enterprise CRM or Marketing campaign applications (Salesforce, Unica, Adobe, Dynamics CRM)
Experience in various technologies, languages including .Net, Javascript libraries, microservices
Experience of integrations with other enterprise systems including complex datawarehouse
Experience with packaged software or custom development implementations of projects
Comfortable designing robust data models, enterprise-level architectures and complex integrated solutions that are scalable, maintainable and adaptable to changing business needs
