Job Description


You will be working as technical lead to lead the implementation and integration of CRM solution for a banking client

Roles :

  • Translating business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage CRM platform.
  • Leading technical design sessions & developing technical solution documentation aligned with the business strategy
  • Implement CRM solutions that adhere to platform best practices.
  • Integrate CRM solutions with enterprise datawarehouse solution
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders on how best to set up business processes and technical solutions to achieve their goals
  • Guiding the dev team on Salesforce best practices and establishing frameworks for development
Requirements :
  • 7+ years project experience in a hands-on technical leadership position
  • Experience in architecting and delivering enterprise CRM or Marketing campaign applications (Salesforce, Unica, Adobe, Dynamics CRM)
  • Experience in various technologies, languages including .Net, Javascript libraries, microservices
  • Experience of integrations with other enterprise systems including complex datawarehouse
  • Experience with packaged software or custom development implementations of projects
  • Comfortable designing robust data models, enterprise-level architectures and complex integrated solutions that are scalable, maintainable and adaptable to changing business needs
