Roles and Responsibilities:

As Tech Lead, you will play an important role in analysis, design and deliver of Papyrus projects by working closely with Papyrus development team, CBS application , Document management application and other Transversal teams for Production, Release management, Environment team, IT Security team. You will report to Division head in Singapore.

Your expertise:

• Very good experience in Papyrus tools - Web designer, Papyrus desktop, DFA development, Print pool, Web archive, Web controller, DB design, IPaaS set-up
• Good experience in working as Tech lead for multiple minor Papyrus development projects in parallel
• Possess ability to manage various parties such as IT interface stakeholder, subject matter expert, third party vendor, contractor and business user
• Good understanding of business needs from end users and convert that to Papyrus designs
• Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal third-parties to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: TAD, Papyrus technical artifacts to start the development
• Drive and challenge business units on their assumptions of how they will successfully execute the interface between CBS , Papyrus and Document application
• Experience in Wealth management functional knowledge
• A high understanding of how "Document management" works in WM
• A proven track record of collaborating and delivering in matrix environments by driving consensus and constructively challenging
• Good knowledge of task management, time management, risk management
• Focused approach on objectives and can-do-attitude
• Very good organized and experience in prioritizing the project tasks
• Able to independently manage complex project functionalities
• An excellent communicator with good presentation skills
• Good Project committee presentation skills
• Ensure all technical and functional audit issues and project risk are managed to meet resolution deadlines
• Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices
• Takes accountability in project issues and discuss with concerned team members and manage the issue well
• To motivate, engage and develop each member of the project team functionally

• Professional experience : Minimum 15 years of experience
• Wealth Management : Minimum 8 years
• Education: Bachelor\'s degree with Engineering background. Good to have Master\'s degree
• Language : Very good English proficiency is mandatory
