This role would be ideal for someone who is tech-savvy and customer centric. In this role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll get to:
Acquire a deep understanding of JobTech\xe2\x80\x99s product offerings and software components
Lead a team of engineers. Manage and plan their sprints
Work with engineering leads to solution features and bugs into specific tasks
Make sure solutions are scalable and maintainable, in accordance to the company\xe2\x80\x99s long term business and technical roadmap
Distribute and track tasks assigned to product team and keep them on schedule
Manage and lead testing of new features and bug fixes
Track and manage end-to-end release management and deployments. Prepare deployment and post-deployment QA checklist and manage the execution
Work closely with Customer Success team to manage customer relationships and ensure continuity and customer satisfaction
Plan the product roadmap with product managers and ensure the sprint planning is in line with the release plan
So here\xe2\x80\x99s what we are looking for:
At least 2 years of experience of past software engineering experience (Either Java, Spring Boot Framework, Python, JavaScript, React.js)
Working understanding of databases and SQL
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to keep track of vague requirements with multiple dependencies and break them down into clear objectives with understandable steps
Able to discuss technical decisions and give the engineering team a clear understanding of what the plans and goals of a project release are
Good IT project management skills. Experience directly managing end-to-end SaaS products and release management is a bonus
Working knowledge of Microservice/SOAP architecture and cloud infrastructures
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
Passion for working in a start-up and fast-paced environment
