Provide support to the superintendent in the planning, execution, and finalization of dry dock and repair projects, and attend the project site as required.
Assist the superintendent with the preparation of the OPEX budget.
Coordinate and arrange service engineers for boarding operations.
Review, update, and prepare vessel shareholder presentations for timely submission.
Maintain records of fleet service arrangements and End of Month (EOM) reports, including technical bulletins from manufacturers.
Prepare and complete monthly post-meeting reports for Charterers/Fleet.
Administer the disbursement account, ensuring line items and account codes are accurately detailed.
Review Management Meeting minutes and provide a summary to the superintendent.
Distribute monthly Class status reports to vessels, including details on expiring certificates.
Assist with tasks related to EU ETS, EUMRV, and IMO DCS compliance.
Support the review and processing of PAL occurrences as guided by the Fleet Manager, and help the superintendent close occurrences using Tableau data.
Appoint Agents following the superintendentxe2x80x99s instructions.
Handle any other required documentation and filing tasks as assigned by the team.
Assist the superintendent with Guarantee claims management.
Support both internal and external Survey and Audit Requirements.
Monitor and report progress on the Teamsxe2x80x99 xe2x80x9cManagement of Changexe2x80x9d initiatives.
Review and manage fleet weekly operational data and monthly KPIs, ensuring that the fleet team stays informed.
Create and finalize presentations for Charterers/Owners as needed by the Fleet team.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in ship management, maritime operations, or a related science discipline).
Training in Secretarial skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
