Engage with potential clients to understand their technical requirements and challenges.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and present tailored product demonstrations and presentations.
Provide technical guidance and support during the sales process, addressing client inquiries and concerns effectively.
Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing valuable insights on how our solutions can address their specific challenges.
Work closely with the product development team to provide feedback and insights from the field to improve the product offerings.
Prepares solution design by understanding customer requirements and related customer documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other professional and technical personnel.
Prepare and run partner training\'s when needed (Law enforcement\'s and Government agencies)
Engaging with internal stake holders (R&D, Services, Operations, and Product Management).
Requirements:
Min 8-10 year\'s of pre-sales experience on telecommunications, mobile devices and/or IT security and networking is a plus.
Strong understanding woking on various projects within government agencies.
Ability to understand and resolve complex technical, strategic and business issues.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Comfortable travelling 50% of the time across APAC to meet customers.
Strong analytical skills and demonstrated creative problem-solving approach
