Job Description
Polaris Science is now looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team to serve the scientific industry and be part of the contributor to it.
Role Responsibilities
- Perform installation & training, maintenance and support for the R&D equipment
- Perform regular maintenance/ service jobs and prepare service reports
- To troubleshoot, diagnose and repair of down equipment
- Prompt response to service calls and minimize turn-around time
- Provide professional and good quality service to customers to ensure the satisfactory level of the equipment use
- Build and maintain customer\xe2\x80\x99s relationship to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Prompt response to service calls and minimize turn-around time
Role Requirements
- Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Materials Engineering preferred, other engineering discipline can be considered
- Minimum 2 years experience in the relevant industry, fresh graduates are welcome to apply as training will be provided
- Customers-oriented service attitude and always be ready to serve
- Able to work independently or as a team, self-discipline and motivated, positive attitude with good communication skills
- Possess own transport is preferred
