Your Role Kramer is looking for a Technical Support Engineer who will provide technical assistance and maintenance of Video Conferencing Equipment and Audio-Visual Equipment in ASEAN. This role will report to Regional Sales Director, ASEAN.

Your Role

  • Identifies, investigates, and resolves problems on the Video Conferencing Equipment and Audio-Visual Equipment.
  • Troubleshoot, provide service support and maintenance to partners as well as end users on the Video Conferencing Equipment and Audio-Visual Equipment which can be via phone, email or onsite.
  • Responsible for creating and updating the relevant data in Salesforce; and to monitor the case to be closed timely.
  • Maintain the data in Priority system relating to stock movement for any replacement goods.
  • Conduct troubleshooting or products training to system integrators.
  • Assist in the design and planning of seminars/exhibitions, and coordinating logistics to ensure the event runs smoothly
  • Management of inventory stock for test gear and training tools

Education & Experience
  • Diploma in Engineering
  • At least 3 years of working experience in customer technical support, strongly preferred.
  • Positive attitude, good work ethic and willingness to learn
  • CTS certification will be an advantage
