Job Title: Technical Support Executive
Responsibility:
- Provide professional technical advice or support to company sales team and customers;
- Assist to evaluate technical specification of related products or system solutions
- Support and build good relationship with customers;
- Perform system and product trouble shooting and repair pre-sales and after-sales;
- Monitor showroom demo products and provide training for sales team and customers;
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent;
- Working experience in CCTV, Access Control and Integrated Security will be advantageous;
- Able to work independently in a fast spaced environment;
- Energetic and high level of work commitment with a positive mindset;
- Proficient in English and Mandarin
- 5 days work week (9:00~18\xef\xbc\x9a00)\xef\xbc\x9b
- Office at Ubi Techpark, near Macpherson mrt
- Attractive salary package
