Job Title: Technical Support Executive
Responsibility:

  • Provide professional technical advice or support to company sales team and customers;
  • Assist to evaluate technical specification of related products or system solutions
  • Support and build good relationship with customers;
  • Perform system and product trouble shooting and repair pre-sales and after-sales;
  • Monitor showroom demo products and provide training for sales team and customers;
Requirement:
  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent;
  • Working experience in CCTV, Access Control and Integrated Security will be advantageous;
  • Able to work independently in a fast spaced environment;
  • Energetic and high level of work commitment with a positive mindset;
  • Proficient in English and Mandarin
Other Information:
  • 5 days work week (9:00~18\xef\xbc\x9a00)\xef\xbc\x9b
  • Office at Ubi Techpark, near Macpherson mrt
  • Attractive salary package
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
