JOB DESCRIPTION Our client is actively searching for a Technical Support Executive to join their team!

The responsibilities of this role are:
- Responsible for the After-sales Technical Service to customers
- Commission Product / Component for new installation
- Provide customers with on-site technical support and address process related problem
- Coordinate between HQ/Manufacturing and Customer on product performance and complaint
- Responsible for Returned Material Authorization (RMA) matters
- Joint call with Sales team when needed
- Develop mapping of Customers\' application processes
- Assist and coordinate set-up for Exhibition / Trade Show in the region
- Provide onsite internal IT support as and when require
- Provide support to any ad-hoc assignment as requested
- Diploma in Electronics Engineering or related discipline with 1 year of working experience
- Working knowledge in experience with MS Windows Operating Systems, IT desktop support, etc.
- Training will be provided
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Aptitude to develop technical awareness and product / application knowledge
- Positive working attitude and willing to learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
