Managing routine technical enquiries (telephone calls and emails) from Airlines, TCH, leasors and repair agencies.
Ensuring all queries are answered and closure meets target timeline.
Liaison between customers and OEM Product Support Engineers for Technical investigations cases.
Supporting (providing performance reports, technical materials, etc) the Customer Support Director / Customer Support Managers.
Managing critical tasks timeline (application of Technical Repair documentation, prioritizing task) with customer and back-office support teams.
Managing queries on internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system tool.
Perform general administrative duties (archiving, performance data entry, etc)
Perform scheduled Aircraft-on-ground (AOG) Technical Support duties during weekdays, weekends & public holidays.
Able to perform ad hoc duties when required during out of hours
Able to travel regionally as when there is official requirement.
Job Requirement
Bachelors degree in a related Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering discipline.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in aviation industry.
Able to work efficiently in as team-based environment.
Proficient in using MS Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI).
Excellent listening, reading, writing and speaking skills
Keen and independent learner, self-driven, good problem-solving skills.
Possessed customer-mindset mentality and take pride in delivering a quality solution to customers - Able to manage and adapt to changing workload, tasks and processes
Able to work in areas outside primary role, for example - supporting regional conferences and meetings, participating in projects and organization activities when required.
