What you will do: CyberArk is looking for a highly motivated, customer focused, and skilled communicator to join the Global Education Services. In this role, you will partner with the APJ GTM teams and Global Subject Matter Experts to deliver technical training and consulting services to the APJ region. You will play a significant role in this unique hybrid opportunity to make a direct impact as we scale the APJ region. This opportunity will include two parts into the role:

• Training: Design and deliver technical training to our partners, customers, and employees. In addition to delivering training, the trainer will also be required to assist in the ongoing development of training materials as well as partner enablement and certification.
  • Deliver 1 \xe2\x80\x93 2 courses (classroom and online) per month.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop engaging content suitable for a variety of delivery methods (face-to-face, webinar, or self-paced).
  • Develop and maintain training lab environments to a production standard

• Consulting: Take leading roles in complex deployments, breach remediation projects, and within CyberArk establish best practices and new approaches in the ever-changing security landscape. You will also work closely with implementation resources, sales teams, and product management to ensure the solutions they architect meet customer needs and are successfully executed either on-premise or in the Cloud.
  • Design and architect solutions to meet the needs of CyberArk\xe2\x80\x99s customers
  • Guide complex deployments of CyberArk\xe2\x80\x99s solutions through their full lifecycle
  • Provide guidance on practices and trends in privileged account security
  • Assess near-term needs to establish business priorities and advise on options, benefits, and impact to customers
  • Perform health checks for customers as a proactive or reactive measure
  
  

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree or equivalent work experience in Technology domains
• Ideally 4+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer or other technical supporting activities and 4+ years of experience in a technology consulting role
• A wide understanding of technologies and hands on experience in the domains of Windows Server Operating Systems and Linux/Unix, databases, networking, systems administration, cloud infrastructure, and information security
• Strong written and verbal communication skills: ability to communicate and conduct technical presentations to different target audiences from technical to executive level in English speaking and Mandarin speaking regions
• Ability to train highly-technical participants while balancing the needs of less technical attendees
• Technical aptitude with the ability to learn and teach new technologies
• Ability to write detailed technical guides and build technical presentations
• Ability to work independently and manage concurrent engagements

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or similar certifications are advantageous
• Experience with Identity and Access Management
• Hands-on experience with databases is a plus
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure and GCP) is a plus
• Hands-on experience with DevOps is a plus
• Prior experience working with 2 of the following markets ASEAN/GCR/Japan/India/ANZ markets
