We are looking for a Technical Trainer with 3-5 years of experience in AV Design/ Integration and someone who is passionate about imparting technical knowledge to others. You will stand out as a very strong candidate if you are already familiar with Crestron Systems and/ or has Advanced Certification in Training & Assessment (ACTA). Reporting to the Technical Manager for South East Asia (SEA), you will be an integral part of the SEA Tech Support Team, in providing technical training to our frontline staffs & dealers regularly. The role is based in Singapore and may require regular travel around the Asia Region when required.Key Responsibilities Conduct training based on CTI syllabus to our dealers and clients Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skill levels required to be a subject matter expert for CTI courses Follow up on feedbacks after training Assist in events and workshops Support regional engineers to conduct CTI based on their native languagesRequired Competencies Must be enthusiastic in teaching Good interpersonal skill with the ability to relate to the trainees Good organizational skillset and delivery of training materials Excellent presentation skills and a strong understanding of corporate culture A clear understanding of the company's play & positioning in the technology space Degree / Higher Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or equivalent 3 years' relevant experience in enterprise or technical training Engineering background with experience designing, installing, and commissioning Crestron technologies is a plus Experience with Crestron technologies including programming and Flex is a plus
