Job Overview:

As a technician in Electrical Shop, supporting all relevant activities from Cleaning, Inspecting, Testing, Disassembly and Assembly of all electrical harnesses and components

:

Perform the disassembly of electrical harnesses and components Perform the cleaning and segregation of components Perform Part Inspection to determine the serviceability of parts Tollgating of parts to repair stations for processing Assembly & Testing of electrical harnesses and components Active participation in lean sigma & continuous improvement initiatives Active participation in 5S program

Job requirements:

Minimum NITEC (National ITE Certificate) or diploma in Electrical Engineering MRO or Airlines experience will be advantageous CAAS papers on relevant electrical subjects Able to read electrical wiring diagram Ability to perform electrical test (Continuity and insulation resistance test) Committed and able to work OT if required Good and consistent attendance at work Observe good punctuality during working hours Disciplined and self-motivated, conforming and understand quality work. "Doing the first time right" attitude Possess good workmanship Good team player and yet able to work independently with minimum guidance minimum guidance Familiar with CMM / AMMs / SLs / SBs /Ads Use of basic tools, special test equipment and tooling. * Prior experience in Boeing harnesses and components preferred.
