Responsibilities . Performs visual and dimensional inspection of incoming and outgoing aircraft parts. . Responsible for incoming/ initial, in-process and final inspection of repairable parts to ensure conformance to related documents and required repairs. . Ensure parts are repaired according to the prescribed standards and procedures. . Understand current specifications involving inspection tolerances, limitations, and procedures. established by the manufacturer of the product being inspected and other forms of information. . Responsible for conducting inspection in accordance with Regulatory approved technical data. . Carry out SAP transaction and make necessary changes to works order in SAP. . Carry out proper documentation. . Actively support and participate in EHS, Continuous Improvement, ethics culture projects and any other corporate initiatives. . Carry out any other duties as assigned. Requirements . NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering disciplines. . 2 years relevant experience proficiency in using various types of inspection equipment and visual inspection aids. Open to consider candidates with no experience with keen interests to pursue a career in aerospace industry. . Knowledge of the relevant air worthiness and regulatory agencies requirements. . Familiar with aviation inspection methods, techniques, practices, aids, equipment's and tools used to determine the quality of airworthiness of a part. . Internal applicant must be in current grade for at least 2 years prior to higher grade application. . Meticulous with an eye for details and adopts a hands-on approach. . Self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management. . Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. . Good understanding of technical drawing for Engine Manual. . Good working knowledge of MS Office applications . Commit to work on rotating shifts (Day & Night) and overtime on need basis. .
