Act as a solutions provider for managed and unified communications in enterprise and contact center telecommunications.
Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
Assess client requirements and deliver customized solutions.
Manage and expand personal sales pipeline, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Regularly review personal sales performance and devise and execute sales strategies to achieve or surpass targets.
Provide consulting and post-sales support to ensure seamless implementation and ongoing client satisfaction.
Collaborate closely with internal sales support and technical teams to deliver optimal solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification of Higher Nitec or higher.
At least 1 year of experience in sales.
Familiarity with IT and Unified Communications (UC) products is advantageous.
