Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct telemarketing calls to promote General Insurance products with clear product knowledge and references, to existing and prospective customers
- Ensure all call activities are conducted in line to the quality standard
- Update customer information in the database
- Minimally O\' levels
- Certificate in General Insurance (BCP, PGI, HI) will be advantageous
- Persuasive and highly motivated to make sales
- Sales driven and possess a can-do attitude
