URGENTLocation ; OutramPosition : Temp \xe2\x80\x93 Ageing Planning OfficeContract period : Immediate (6months)Working hours :
Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm, Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pmMin Deg with no work experience : $18.50 per hour
- Preparation of Request-For-Proposal (RFP) tender documents to ensure that it meets the requirements of respective stakeholders; and
- Execution of RFP tender processes in accordance to Government IM and MOH internal procurement procedures, from tender preparation to tender award; and
- Ensure proper documentation of project and the related documents/contracts;
- Providing logistic support for briefings; and
- Proficient in MS office applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Self-driven, and able to work independently with good time management, initiatives, and able to multi-task
- Ability to coordinate and liaise effectively with stakeholders
- Able to manage tender timelines and meet deadlines
- Good planning capabilities, and good command of English with good communication and writing skills
- Motivated, organised and meticulous
- Prior experience in government procurement and contracts work is a bonus.
