Anchored in our values of Passion for Sport, Strength through Teamwork and Care for People, we believe in working and playing, not just as a team, but as a family.What you will be working on:Responsibilities: Supporting the team on Events Support & Management such as: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in planning for events such as ActiveSG Corporate Membership Sport Leagues, including drafting and planning of the event. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in coordination of logistics for events, including location selection, transportation, audiovisual equipment, marketing & publicity, and other arrangements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist in liaising with vendors, suppliers, and/or contractors to secure services and ensure timely delivery of required materials for events. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage attendee registrations, RSVPs, and inquiries, providing timely and courteous responses to ensure a seamless registration process. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide on-site support during the event, including setup, registration assistance, attendee guidance, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure alignment on event objectives, timelines, and deliverables. \xe2\x80\xa2 Proactively identify potential challenges and propose solutions to ensure the successful execution of events. Other Ad-hoc matters such as: \xe2\x80\xa2 Assist the team on booking of ActiveSG facilities for Corporates under the ActiveSG Corporate Membership Programme. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the ActiveSG Corporate Membership E-Mailbox and ensure timely follow-thru on any booking requests received.What we are looking for:Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active while being keen on learning, technology and innovation. The ideal candidate should possess the following: \xe2\x80\xa2 Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in any field \xe2\x80\xa2 Having prior experience in Customer Service and Events Management Background is advantageous \xe2\x80\xa2 Preferably with 1 year of Events Management experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organisational and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Has a positive attitude, proactive, flexibility, adaptability and passion to serve customers/ corporate members (client servicing) \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in Microsoft Office and CanvaAbout Sport Singapore:Why We Do What We Do?
