Job Description
Date: 28 Nov 2023 Location: HALLS, HOUSES AND STUDENT RESI, Kent Ridge Campus, SG Company: National University of Singapore
You will assist in ensuring the efficiency of daily operations in the Hall by providing administrative support in the following areas:
- Receiving and sorting of parcels and letters
- Posters design and dissemination
- Maintain accurate student disciplinary records in NUS databases
- Support and coordinates residential programs
- Maintain and replenish first aid and stationary supplies
- Provide timely and effective administrative, logistical and welfare support to the Residential Life team and students
- Record and maintains inventory lists
- Ensure that the office and common areas are kept clean at all times.
- Support of hostel\'s events such as VIP visits, Master\'s & Fellow\'s Tea, Forums etc
- Handle finance-related matters and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- GCE A-Level or Diploma, preferably with at least one year of working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive working attitude, team player.
- Meticulous, independent and proactive.
- Resourceful and committed.
