Implement guidelines and requirements pertaining to the construction and renovation activities of all mall tenants to ensure that works completed are within specified plans and standards of the company.
Ensure tenant compliance with lease terms, memorandum of agreement and house rules and assist them in resolving operational concerns in coordination with Engineering and Leasing Department.
Preferably with at least 2 years of work experience in tenant relations, client management and documentation, and customer service.
