Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:1. Frontline for addressing of tenant's concerns, requests and issues2. Close monitoring to all concerns or feedbacks3. On time resolution to all concerns received4. Foster and strengthen partnerships with tenants5. Other tasks that may be assigned from time to timeJOB QUALIFICATION: Must possess at least a College/Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Mass Communication, Public Relation, or any administrative course MS Office and Google Form/Sheet familiarity Strong interpersonal and active listening skills Excellent communication skills Flexible and organize Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction Must be highly detail oriented and have the ability to effectively multi-task Has a pleasing and pleasant personalityJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Php10,000.00 - Php12,000.00 per monthSchedule:
- 8 hour shift
- 13th month salary
Follow all IATF protocols.Ability to commute/relocate:
- GMA, Cavite: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
