Primary Purpose and Function

Responsible of driving and grow tender sales. Create value for Tender business by building new and more vendors/solutions. To support company's business planning and development function. To support product planning & development.

Duties and Responsibilities

Build tendering network to source and prepare tender ground work -20% Supervise, monitor and manage all ongoing awarded tenders and ensure tender delivery on time - 10% Source new and review vendors' solutions costing and quality - 10% Ensuring prompt payment collection from concluded Tenders - 10% Support AGM's planning work on business and product development - 30% Understanding of CV market development in competitors' products development - 20%

Competency Requirement

Good knowledge on MS Office and tool such as Powerpoint, Excel and Power BI etc. Good knowledge of Project Management skills and planning in handling tenders, specifically for Gov tender Good knowledge of Automotive business, (CV preferred), to support business & product planning / development.

Qualification

Minimum Diploma in relevant discipline. (Degree preferred) At least 3 years in Tender related work. Involve in business / product development / planning work.

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per month
