Manage and lead a team of prime mover drivers Plan and set priorities for daily activities efficiently Assign jobs to drivers through PSA Haulier Community System Monitor and track jobs progress to ensure all assignments are delivered timely Control and monitor closely with drivers on their movement through Matrix Net GPS Tracking System in real time Communicate and handle drivers' feedback and problems efficiently Process and handle documentations through PSA Portnet System Process depot booking through CDAS CMS online Coordinate and communicate closely with customer service for all customer's trucking Communicate closely with Operation Asst Manager to improve and maximize company's resources * Perform other duties as assigned by superior
