Assign jobs to drivers through PSA. Haulier Community System
Monitor and track job progress to ensure all assignments are delivered timely
Control and monitor closely with drivers on their movement through Matrix-Net GPS Tracking System in real time
Communicate and handle drivers' feedback and problems efficiently
Process and handle documentation through PSA. Portnet System
Process depot booking through CDAS CMS online
Coordinate and communicate closely with customer service for all customer trucking
Communicate closely with Operations Assistant Manager to improve and maximize company resources
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Working Conditions:
Office-based role
Working Hours: 8.00 am to 5.15 pm (Monday to Friday) (Alt. Saturday: 8.00 am to 12.00 pm)
