Provide administrative support for training related matters as follows:
  • Liaise with clients on training schedule for their employees.
  • Arrange training facilitators based on clients\' requirements and formalize training schedule.
  • Ensure logistics and administrative arrangement are well planned and in place prior to the start of training.
  • Collate and analyze feedback received from participants.
  • Submit feedback report within the timeline and follow-up on feedback, where applicable.
  • Collate reports from Trainers
  • Administer procurement and process invoices promptly.
  • Maintain records and efficient monitoring of all training sessions.
  • Any other training or administrative related matters which may be assigned by the manager from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • GCE O level or diploma graduate with at least 1 year working experience
