Oversee of Training & Development
Provide guidance to HR Administrator in aspect of Training & Development
Oversee the training and development needs of employees to enhance overall skills and career development with the aim of attaining business objectives.
Source, recommend programs and identify training needs analysis using the competency model.
Act as an internal consultant to build and facilitate the implementation of learning and development solutions.
Compensation and Benefits
Oversee and be responsible for ensuring compliance to all legal statutory regulations and heading quarter\'s requirements in C&B function e.g. MOM and employee-related, RBA etc .
Ensure that SSG is competitive in our compensation by benchmarking companies in related industries.
Plan and oversee that the yearly merit increment and appraisal process is executed and completed timely.
Propose a competitive compensation package for salary adjustment including promotion and upgrade cases.
Execute bonus planning proposals and oversee the payout activities that are done in accordance to guidelines and approved budget.
Maintain current knowledge on market issues and changes in government regulations affecting the SSP compensation and benefits system.
Develop and maintain HR-related procedures and documents for this process.
HRI and HRMC Liaison.
Drive or implement continuous improvement practices and HR projects in the organization
Job Requirements:
Knowledge of HR/HRD best practices, benchmarking, and consultancy skills are essential.
Knowledge of SSP culture, problem-solving processes, and use of management tools.
Overall knowledge of Siltronic processes, customer applications, and quality attributes.
Flexibility: A willingness to meet job requirements above personal goals.
Open-mindedness & positive attitude: A willingness to change as the position leads the way to new processes and changes.
Good written and oral communication.
Time & project management skills to handle multiple tasks.
Degree holder preferably in HR Management
Experience in manufacturing, contract manufacturing and the Semicon industry will be an advantage
