Job Description
Job Scope:You will be responsible to lead in training plan and program for sales and operations team.a. Design and develop training programs and materialsb. Conduct learning program and training for the sales and operations team and partner agency beauty advisors nationwide: Company orientation Basic Product Information Selling Training Operations Training (Dos and Don'ts, Inventory Management, etc.)c. Recommend Beauty Advisor Program which includes but not limited to the following: retention and incentives, KPI and performance review in coordination with partner agenciesd. Forecast and develop future strategic training plans which may include special projects such as mystery shopper, etc.The scope of your job may be modified at any time depending upon the needs of the specified area.Qualifications: Experience in developing training plan and materials. Ability to effectively organize and manage training initiatives.Job Type: TemporarySchedule:
