Identify, Design, and Develop training programs within an organization through training needs assessment, job analysis, appraisal and regular consultation with employees and department leads
Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development programme and monitor / review the progress of trainings through questionnaires and discussions with managers
Devise individual learning plans and produce training materials for in-house courses
Manage the delivery of training and development programmes and
Evaluate training and development programmes. amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses
Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.
Administering regular, detailed assessments monthly and provide feedback to employees and management through reports
Conduct Orientations and Onboarding trainings to establish standards and norms
Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
Adhere to Dottystyle work standards and follow office rules and guidelines
