Job Description

• Identify, Design, and Develop training programs within an organization through training needs assessment, job analysis, appraisal and regular consultation with employees and department leads
• Plan and assess the 'return on investment' of any training or development programme and monitor / review the progress of trainings through questionnaires and discussions with managers
• Devise individual learning plans and produce training materials for in-house courses
• Manage the delivery of training and development programmes and
• Evaluate training and development programmes. amend and revise programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
• Keep up to date with developments in training by reading relevant journals, going to meetings and attending relevant courses
• Research new technologies and methodologies in workplace learning and present this research.
• Administering regular, detailed assessments monthly and provide feedback to employees and management through reports
• Conduct Orientations and Onboarding trainings to establish standards and norms
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time
• Adhere to Dottystyle work standards and follow office rules and guidelines
