We are looking for a passionate and experienced Training Specialist to support the ongoing training and development of our APAC SMB Sales teams in order to ensure a high quality experience for our SMB advertisers. This person will support the identification of training and development needs and the subsequent creation and delivery of training solutions. Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated success developing and delivering training programs, working closely with Sales teams to drive sales activities, and devising scalable learning systems.
Responsibilities:

  • Coach, assess and develop Sales team and coordinate their learning as needed
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to identify training and development needs, identify problems and suggest solutions
  • Deliver training as needed to support the initiatives
  • Plan, communicate, and measure milestones, risks, and process improvement opportunities of day-to-day operations for various training programs
  • Continually evaluate training solutions for quality, business impact, and scalability
  • Assist with the development and support of a Learning Management System and other scalable learning solutions
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a training role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and resourceful in achieving success in the face of ambiguity
  • Strong communication skills moderate or developing presentation/facilitation skills
  • Passion for training, must be highly self-motivated and customer-centric
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet timelines on deliverable
  • Experience working with SMB vendors across sales, account management and service workflows
  • Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing
  • Knowledge of the self-serve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying
  • Familiarity with various LMS platforms and other L&D tools
