Roles
- Responsible for the delivering, developing, and maintaining all aspects of our training courses and develop new
service orientation to establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Development of marketing materials, training aid and accreditation document needs when necessary.
- Plan and development initiatives that will grow the training business
- Prepare and maintain Training rooms, equipment, and course materials.
- Attending to phone calls and email enquiries, prepare and issue of trainee’s certificates, consolidate and submit
customer feedback forms and any other logistical task assigned as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of training experiences
- Possesses at least a bachelor’s in Mechanical engineering and/or Advanced Certificate in Learning and
- Passionate about training
- Familiar with material compatibility and tubing / piping system will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Independent and systematic personality
