Responsible for employee engagement, onboarding, training, and orientations, performance management, bridging the gaps between employees and Top Management by addressing the demands, grievances and other issues. Creates positive change by implementing Strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.Priority Tasks:Training and Development:1. Identify the Training needs of the employees by conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA)2. Develop activities, training materials and manuals, and training programs from the result of the TNA, using different platforms (PowerPoint presentations, e-Learning platforms)3. Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems4. Identifying strategies that will develop the skill and ability of employees.5. Marketing & Sales- Studying the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion and promote products, ideas, and services.6. Develop programs to aid in employee preparation for career growth opportunities7. Facilitate internal training courses such as Inductions for New Hires and refresher or development courses for current employees8. Assist the employees on their inquiries, concerns and processing of documents on the following but not limited to: status of employment, performance evaluation.2. Provide counseling on policies and procedures4. Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process5.
