\xc2\xb7 Translate requirements into trainings that prepares employees for the changing needs.
\xc2\xb7 Develop and update annual training program, teaching plans, production of handouts, instructional materials, aids, and manuals.
\xc2\xb7 Facilitate structured learning experiences, monitor, and assess training effectiveness.
\xc2\xb7 Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to reflect current trend or requirements.
\xc2\xb7 Maintain training records.
\xc2\xb7 Coordinate internal and customer equipment training request (through internal system),
\xc2\xb7 ensuring instructors, technical equipment and related resources are available.
\xc2\xb7 Monitor and plan refresher courses for staff members.
\xc2\xb7 Update and maintain budgets for all costs associated with training and provide expenditure report.
\xc2\xb7 Responsible for general administrative duties such as coordinating enrolment, scheduling class times, locations and sending invitation information to trainees
\xc2\xb7 Other duties as assigned.
