COMPANY OVERVIEW
Our client is a leading company of semiconductor and FPD production equipment, their Singapore office primarily focus on sales and services support throughout South East Asia.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Looking for individuals who are passionate in learning and development for technical skillsets. You will be responsible for the coordination and assisting training programs for in-house engineers and vendors. In this role, you will focus on the following:

• Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
• Translate requirements into trainings that prepares employees for the changing needs
• Develop and update annual training program, teaching plans, production of handouts, instructional materials, aids and manuals
• Facilitate structured learning experiences, monitor and assess training effectiveness
• Periodically evaluate ongoing programs to reflect current trend or requirements
• Coordinate internal and customer equipment training request (through internal system), ensuring instructors, technical equipment and related resources are available
• Monitor and plan refresher courses for staff members
• Update and maintain budgets for all costs associated with training and provide expenditure report
• Responsible for general administrative duties such as coordinating enrolment, scheduling class times, locations and sending invitation information to trainees

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of at least 1 year related experience in training/engineering environment
• Ability to simplify and convey complex information
• Strong communication, good interpersonal and time management skills
• A meticulous, organized and resourceful team player
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
