Your role

Are you an experience project manager with a track record of delivering process and strategic change? Do you enjoy delivering enhanced change capabilities across a range of business functions? Do you want to play a key role in the drive to operational excellence?

We\'re looking for a Project Manager to:

• managing and facilitating cross-functional projects for the Global Wealth Management Operating Head South Asia & Japan space.

• identify opportunities for digitization and automation for efficiency enhancement and support on implementation.

• evaluating organizational structures/ business processes and recommendation of improvements

• drive business initiatives forward by providing leadership, direction and focus for business functions and project resources

• project setup and governance, stakeholder management, project management, including supporting management decision making and conducting business analysis.

Your team

You\'ll be working within the GWM Operating Head South Asia & Japan team in Singapore. Where the team is responsible for driving digital transformation and operationalizing the GWM strategy; extending our number 1 position in the region

Your expertise

• ideally at 8 to 10 years line or project management experience
• ability to work in an Agile environment and continuously review business needs, refine priorities, outline milestones, deliverables, identifying opportunities and risk
• experience with Lean Six Sigma methodology
• agile methodology experience
• strong analytical, communication and facilitation (workshops) skills
• able to collaborate with all levels within the organization
• experienced in change programs
• passionate about change and always looking to improve processes
• curious and collaborative, comfortable working independently as well as in a team and generate new ideas leading to success
