Assist in managing the transportation operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and monitoring transportation activities for optimal efficiency
Collaborate with the Operations Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving service delivery and operational performance
Analyze transportation data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards
Coordinate communication between drivers, clients, and internal teams to resolve operational issues
Participate in the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of transportation personnel
Support the development and management of transportation budgets and forecasts
Requirements
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance requirements
Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role
