Attend to customers\xe2\x80\x99 travel enquires and request through phone calls, emails or walk-ins
Provide recommendation for destination(s), modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations base on customers\xe2\x80\x99 requests & interests
Provide information on travel visa & insurance
Prepare and update of promotional & display materials
Liaise with the airlines, overseas ground tours and transportation operators for travel arrangement
Handle travel operations including reservations of tours & hotels, air ticketing, travel coordination and customer support
Any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned by the Company from time to time
Experience & Skill-set required:
1) Minimum Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality studies or relevant Field 2) Possess some experiences in Tourism & Hospitality Industry 3) Willing to work on shift, weekends and public holidays 4) Service-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills 5) Knowledge of MS Office 6) Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment with minimal supervision and able to handle work pressure
Other Information:
40 hours per week, Off days can be arranged flexibly but subject to manager\'s approval
Rotating shift work (10:15am \xe2\x80\x93 07:15pm & 11:30am \xe2\x80\x93 8:30pm)
