Responsible for creating and booking tickets for internal & external clients.
Provides customer service by dealing with customer queries and complaints
Provides advice about visas or passports
Coordinate with fleet operations and travel agencies for crew flight bookings
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Must possess a Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 3 years work-related experience as Travel officer/Reservation Agent
Must have at least 2-year work experience in the same position.
Previous call center experience in a sales capacity (non-scripted environment) or other call handling experience preferred. Hotel/travel experience desired.
Experience in the manning agency is a plus.
Familiar with AMADEUS and Galileo booking software is an advantage
Must be hardworking, flexible and keen to details
With good to excellent English communication skills
Posses strong web-based navigation skills; Tech savvy with typing speed of at least 40 wpm
Willing to work in Ermita, Manila
