Treasury Settlements Officer
Permanent role
Responsibilities:
\xc2\xb7 Retrieving of FX/MM Deals against Maturity Reports for effective of the day\xe2\x80\x99s SWIFT payments/receipts.
\xc2\xb7 Process FX/MM deals (check dealing slips against supporting sources).
\xc2\xb7 Process Fixed Income Instruments (check dealing slips against supporting sources, passing of accounting entries, prepare SWIFT instructions, input trade details into Equation system, ).
\xc2\xb7 Process Funds\xe2\x80\x99 Transfer (prepare SWIFT instructions and passing of accounting entries).
\xc2\xb7 Update Foreign Exchange Rate and SIBOR rate in the Equation System.
\xc2\xb7 Open New Accounts (Banks).
\xc2\xb7 Reconciliation of FX/MM transactions between EQ/GT reports.
\xc2\xb7 Filing of transmitted SWIFT copies, FX/MM duplicate dealing slips, duplicate tickets from the Sales Desk.
\xc2\xb7 Sort and file incoming/outgoing SWIFT messages.
\xc2\xb7 Reconciliation of FX/MM SWIFT confirmations in SMART System and follow up actions if necessary.
\xc2\xb7 Raise and input accounting entries into Equation System.
\xc2\xb7 Update Bank Ratings and information when required.
\xc2\xb7 Update COF and LIBOR for (Loans Admin)
Requirements:
- Possess degree with some experience in FX and settlements operations
Location: CBD
Working hours: office hours 5 weekdays
