Responsibilities:

• To establish, develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
• To collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and achieved.
• To identify and develop new business opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers.
• To create and implement account plans and strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• To track account performance and report on key metrics.
• To serve as primary point of contact for clients, addressing their expectations, needs, issues, and requests promptly and professionally.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma, preferably in IT related field.
• Minimum 2-years of relevant working experience (IT, account management).
• Excellent interpersonal, organization, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Positive mindset, result-oriented, prominent level of initiative and integrity.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with business fundamentals.
