Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Supervise overall Customer Service, Aftersales, Inventory and Distribution
- Take the Lead to manage a team of Customer Service and warehouse workers as well as in charge in coaching, mentorship and development for them
- In charge of inventory control, capacity preparation and stock replenishment
- Oversee 3PL and vendors and in charge for operation
- Enhance customer satisfaction, resource utilization and operational efficiency
- Revise overall digital shop information
- Constantly evaluating and adapting new SOP
- Perform paperwork, report submission and monitor monetary event
- Make sure all facilities are in good terms
- Other duties as per assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business or equivalent qualifications
- 4 - 5 years of experience in retail or digital store management
- Team Leader experience
