Supervise overall Customer Service, Aftersales, Inventory and Distribution
Take the Lead to manage a team of Customer Service and warehouse workers as well as in charge in coaching, mentorship and development for them
In charge of inventory control, capacity preparation and stock replenishment
Oversee 3PL and vendors and in charge for operation
Enhance customer satisfaction, resource utilization and operational efficiency
Revise overall digital shop information
Constantly evaluating and adapting new SOP
Perform paperwork, report submission and monitor monetary event
Make sure all facilities are in good terms
Other duties as per assigned.
Requirements:
Degree in Business or equivalent qualifications
4 - 5 years of experience in retail or digital store management
Team Leader experience
