Job Description





Responsibilities:

  • Supervise overall Customer Service, Aftersales, Inventory and Distribution
  • Take the Lead to manage a team of Customer Service and warehouse workers as well as in charge in coaching, mentorship and development for them
  • In charge of inventory control, capacity preparation and stock replenishment
  • Oversee 3PL and vendors and in charge for operation
  • Enhance customer satisfaction, resource utilization and operational efficiency
  • Revise overall digital shop information
  • Constantly evaluating and adapting new SOP
  • Perform paperwork, report submission and monitor monetary event
  • Make sure all facilities are in good terms
  • Other duties as per assigned.

Requirements:
  • Degree in Business or equivalent qualifications
  • 4 - 5 years of experience in retail or digital store management
  • Team Leader experience
