Prepare and submit tenders, commercial bids, and project proposals to secure new business, and coordinate contract negotiations and agreements with clients. Liaise with clients to understand requirements, agree on budgets and timelines, and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Develop project plans, cost estimates, and cash-flow projections; monitor changes in design or construction work and adjust budgets accordingly. Coordinate closely with project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and third parties to ensure deadlines, specifications, and technical standards are met. Manage contract administration, including preparing quotations, variations, extensions of time (EOT), cost claims, and certifying progress payments. Lead and support a team of Quantity Surveyors and contract professionals, providing guidance and training to ensure smooth project execution. Monitor project progress through site meetings, technical reviews, and post-project evaluations to identify improvements in cost, productivity, and communication. Maintain project documentation and contract management systems, while performing ad-hoc duties as required to support successful project delivery.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Building, or Quantity Surveying; relevant certifications (e.g., CCCM, CPCM, CFCM) are a plus. Minimum 5 years of experience in contract administration, tender preparation, and project management within the construction or related industry. Strong negotiation, coordination, and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented, analytical, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team to meet tight deadlines.
