(urgent) Customer Service Executive Order Processing & Shipping Arrangement
Job Description
Responsbilities
Attend to customers\' enquiries and follow up with customers\' orders
Perform order processing for customers\' orders
Responsbile for invoicing, quotation and billing matters
Work closely with cross department to ensure on time delivery of customers\' orders
Preparation of shipping documents such as commercial invoice, packiling lists, BL, permit for inbound and outbound shipments
Preparation of sales reports and analysis
Verify forwarders freight invoices
Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
At least 2 - 3 years of relevant working experience
Prior working experience in order processing and shipping arrangement would be ideal
